Welcome to Insight Testing and Consult LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related content. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Insight Testing and Consult LLC provides educational consultations and private testing services to support families in understanding their child’s academic strengths and challenges. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Educational evaluations

  • Diagnostic testing for learning disabilities

  • Consultation services for academic planning

NOTE: We provide professional opinions based on assessments and do not make educational decisions for school districts, parents, or guardians.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be the parent or legal guardian of the student being evaluated and at least 18 years of age. Services are available only to clients whose children are not currently enrolled in Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) or Lancaster Independent School District (Lancaster ISD).

Due to potential conflicts of interest, Insight Testing and Consult LLC does not accept clients whose children attend schools within Dallas ISD or Lancaster ISD. By scheduling services, you confirm that your child is not enrolled in either of these school districts.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if this condition is not met or if false or incomplete information is provided during intake.

3. No Guarantee of Educational Outcome

While our assessments and consultations are designed to provide valuable insight, we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, placements, or decisions made by any school district or third party. The information provided should not be considered a substitute for legal or educational advocacy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and testing.

  • Inform us of any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., employment with or affiliation to Dallas ISD or Lancaster ISD).

  • Acknowledge that services are private and not affiliated with any school district.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees for services will be communicated prior to scheduling. Full payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if payment is not received.

Chargebacks and fraudulent claims of unauthorized transactions may result in immediate termination of services and legal recourse.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling consultation appointments, and at least 72 business hours’ notice for private testing appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, and missed appointments without prior notice may be considered non-refundable. Consistent communication ensures we can provide timely support to all families.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, personal photos, logos, and reports, are the intellectual property of Insight Testing and Consult LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Insight Testing and Consult LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
