Refund Policy

Insight Testing and Consult LLC maintains a fair and transparent refund policy for all services rendered. Due to the time, preparation, and resources required to provide educational consultation and private testing services, the following policy applies:

1. Consultation Services: Fees for completed consultation services are non-refundable. If a consultation is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, clients may reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling or cancellation fee.

2. Private Testing Services: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all testing appointments. Full payment for testing services is due prior to testing. If testing is canceled with at least 72 business hours' notice, the client may reschedule within 30 days without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 72 business hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. ​Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.

4. ​Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Partial refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances, solely at the discretion of Insight Testing and Consult LLC.
